As soon as the news of arrest of Com. Madhu broke out, thousands of people came out in protest against these arrests and condemned TRS Govt. for this attack on revolutionary movement and people’s struggles.

A big protest was held in Mehboobabad (Dist. headquarter of Mehboobabad Dist.), Bayyaram and Garla in Mehboobabad district, Yellandu and Gondala in Kothagudem district, in Khammam. Protest meetings were held in a large number of villages. Protesters condemned KCR led TRS Govt. and demanded withdrawal of UAPA cases against Com. Madhu and others. Protest meetings were also held in other districts of Telengana as well as in several places in Andhra Pradesh.
